"⭐ Disappointing Experience with State Farm Insurance

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with State Farm Insurance. When I called to add homeowners insurance to my existing policy, I was told that my auto insurance premium would not increase. Based on that information, I moved forward with adding the homeowners coverage and paid the money required.

Then, just one week later, I received a phone call from Maggie informing me that my insurance premium had increased. I was extremely frustrated and felt misled because I specifically called beforehand to make sure adding homeowners insurance would not cause my auto insurance to go up.

Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I could have made a more informed decision about my coverage and where to spend my money. Instead, I am now dealing with an unexpected increase that I was told would not happen.

As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and clear communication, especially when making important financial decisions. This experience has left me questioning the trust I placed in State Farm. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses how this situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate information upfront, not unexpected changes after they have already committed and paid their money."
