"I always have an easy time when I call the office! They are all so patient and answer all my questions thoroughly. If you ask them to do something extra,they do it without hesitation if they are able. They also always let you know when prices change in a timely manner. Mindy helped me today and she was so patient. It's been a struggle financially,so I haven't been able to pay my insurance regularly,and it lapsed,but they are always so helpful,even though it's a process to reinstate policies."

"I’m extremely dissatisfied with how my car insurance claims from March were handled. Both claims were filed by my husband — he was the one driving and responsible for the incidents. However, because I am listed on the same policy, the insurance company wrongly attached both claims to my name, as if I were the driver or claimant. Despite multiple attempts to clarify this with my agent and customer service, my concerns have been ignored and the claims still appear under my personal record. This is not only unfair, but it also impacts my insurance history and future premiums. I expected better communication and accountability from a company like State Farm. I hope this can be corrected immediately. no one has contacted me so far regarding the issue with the two auto insurance claims from March.To move forward, I need a formal letter confirming that these two claims are not under my name, as I was not the driver or the person who filed them."
